Credit Acceptance appoints new chief human resources officer
Credit Acceptance named Shannon Wilson as chief human resources officer, effective Sept. 28, 2026.
Wilson previously led HR for Amazon’s North American customer fulfillment operations, spanning workforce strategy, product, technology, analytics, science.
Most recently, she served as chief people officer at Alto Pharmacy following frontline retail operations roles at Best Buy, The Home Depot.
