Crescent Biopharma sees potential to initiate first CR-001 phase 3 study in early 2028
CBIO•Crescent Biopharma said it could start its first CR-001 phase 3 study in early 2028, with phase 2 data expected in mid-2027 and other trial updates expected from Q1 2027 through H2 2027.

Crescent Biopharma said multiple phase 2 studies of sacituzumab tirumotecan (SAC-TMT) plus CR-001 are ongoing in more than 700 patients, with data expected in mid-2027. The company is on track to report initial ASCEND monotherapy data in Q1 2027, including antitumor response for its first-line NSCLC cohort; the CR-002 APOLLO trial is expected to begin dosing this quarter, with data in H2 2027, while initial CR-003 data from an ongoing trial in China are expected in Q1 2027.
