Crescent Energy prices 80 million-share follow-on offering at $12.50 per share
CRGY•Crescent Energy priced an offering of 80 million Class A shares at $12.50 each, with proceeds earmarked to fund part of the cash consideration for its planned acquisition of Eagle Ford assets from Devon’s production unit.
1. Offering details
The underwritten public offering includes a 30-day option for underwriters to buy up to 12 million additional shares. KKR-affiliated Independence Energy Aggregator agreed to buy 40 million shares on the same terms. The offering is expected to close on Oct. 13, 2026.
