Crescent Energy reported a third-quarter 2026 net loss of $1 million and operating cash flow of $608 million. Production averaged 328 MBoe/d, capital expenditures excluding acquisitions totaled $326 million, and the company announced an agreement to acquire Devon Energy’s Eagle Ford assets for an estimated $3.85 billion.
