Cresco Labs appoints ex-Cboe CEO Edward Tilly to board, audit committee

Cresco Labs appointed Edward Tilly to its board effective Sept. 18, 2026.
- Tilly will serve as an independent director.
- He will join the audit committee.
- The board expands to eight directors.
He previously served as chairman and CEO of CBOE Global Markets. He led the US$3.4 billion acquisition of BATS Global Markets.
Tilly was most recently CEO of prime brokerage Clear Street. He remains a board director there.
