Cresud priced USD 40.42 million of Series LIII additional notes in Argentina’s local capital markets.
The notes carry a 6.25% coupon, settle Aug. 31, 2026, and mature April 30, 2030.
The notes were priced at 102.88% of face value, including accrued interest from April 30, 2026 to Aug. 31, 2026.
The additional notes are fungible with the original Series LIII notes issued April 30, 2026.
