Cresud reappoints four directors for three-year terms
Cresud appointed three supervisory committee members and three alternates on October 22, 2026. All six were described as independent and will serve one-fiscal-year terms.

Cresud appointed José Daniel Abelovich, Marcelo Héctor Fuxman and Noemí Ivonne Cohn as supervisory committee members on October 22, 2026. Cynthia Deokmellian, Paula Andrea Sotelo and Martín Ghirardotti were appointed alternate members; all six qualify as independent and will serve one-fiscal-year terms.
