Cresud to pay USD 3.83 million interest on Sept. 10

- Interest payment set at USD 3.83 million on outstanding capital of USD 70.38 million, based on a 7.25% annual nominal rate.
- Holders of record on Sept. 9, 2026 will receive the interest distribution.
