CRH•CRH agreed to buy NCC Industry’s aggregates and asphalt operations in Denmark and Finland, with completion expected in 2027 pending approvals and customary closing conditions.
1. Planned acquisition
The Denmark assets include a nationwide asphalt-plant network, aggregates sites, land and marine operations supported by reserves. The Finland business includes reserve-backed hard-rock quarries, backfilling and recycling operations, and is set to complement CRH’s existing footprint; the businesses will operate independently until the deal closes.
