CRH•CRH acquires Pisgah Stone Products in Northern Utah
CRH acquired Pisgah Stone Products, a Northern Utah aggregates producer, to expand limestone reserves and support long-term growth in the region.
Pisgah, based in Wellsville, supplies hard-rock limestone used in asphalt, ready-mix concrete, and broader construction markets across Northern Utah.
The deal strengthens CRH’s integrated Utah operations and increases capacity to serve infrastructure and construction demand along the Wasatch Front.
