Crinetics Pharmaceuticals held special shareholder meeting on merger proposal vote

Crinetics Pharmaceuticals held a special shareholder meeting on Aug. 28, 2026 to vote on a merger agreement with Vertex.

Shareholders adopted the merger agreement on a non-binding advisory basis; the transaction is expected to close around Sept. 1, 2026.
