CRISPR Therapeutics flagged Phase 1 clinical data for zugo-cel, its CD19-targeting allogeneic CAR-T candidate, in refractory systemic sclerosis. The results have not yet been presented, and a poster is scheduled for Nov. 8, 2026, at ACR Convergence 2026.
2. Early clinical program
The readout is positioned to inform early views on safety and potential efficacy in autoimmune disease. Zugo-cel remains in Phase 1 testing across autoimmune indications.
