Critical Metals Corp announced the appointment of Thomas “TYT” Mogensen as Chief Executive Officer of its subsidiary Tanbreez Mining A/S, effective immediately. Mogensen brings over twenty years of leadership across finance, infrastructure and natural resources in Greenland and the broader Nordic region.

2. Turnaround Track Record

In his recent role as Managing Director of Nalik Ventures A/S, Mogensen engineered a turnaround from a DKK 88 million loss to a DKK 28 million profit by optimizing operations and merging subsidiaries. At NIRAS Greenland, he oversaw strategic development and project delivery, driving turnover growth of approximately 200%.

3. Tanbreez Project Development

Tanbreez hosts one of the world’s largest rare earth deposits in Southern Greenland, featuring year-round deep-water fjord access to the North Atlantic Ocean. Under Mogensen’s leadership, the company aims to advance project development, including feasibility studies, permitting and stakeholder engagement.

4. Strategic Asset Portfolio

Critical Metals Corp’s portfolio also includes the fully permitted Wolfsberg Lithium Project in Austria, positioned to supply European markets with key lithium products.
