Crocs Q2 FY26 diluted EPS turns to profit at $4.13; revenue rises 2.6% to $1.18 billion

Crocs posted Q2 GAAP net income of $204.89 million, swinging from a year-earlier loss; diluted EPS was $4.13.
Revenue rose 2.6% to $1.18 billion; Crocs Brand revenue increased 4.3% to $1.0 billion.
GAAP gross margin fell 2.3 percentage points to 59.4%; GAAP operating margin improved to 24.2% from a year-earlier operating loss.
HEYDUDE Brand revenue dropped 5.7% to $179 million; Q2 share repurchases totaled $251 million, leaving $496 million authorized.
Full-year adjusted diluted EPS outlook was lifted to $13.70-$14.00; the board expanded repurchase authorization by $1.5 billion to about $2 billion.
