Net revenue in Q4 2025 rose 47% year-over-year to $44.5 million, contributing to a 25% increase in full-year net revenue to $146.6 million. Gross profit for the year climbed 149% to $62.8 million on improved margins following consolidation of Cronos GrowCo results.

2. Strong Balance Sheet Position

The company ended 2025 with $832 million in cash and cash equivalents and short-term investments, reflecting an industry-leading balance sheet. This liquidity supports ongoing operations, debt reduction and future investments in core markets where Peace Naturals® holds the top cannabis brand position in Israel.

3. Strategic Expansion and Outlook

In mid-2024, Cronos increased its stake in Cronos GrowCo and completed expansion of cultivation operations, driving higher capacity and international sales. Management expects the pending CanAdelaar acquisition to establish a strategic footprint in the Netherlands’ legal adult-use market and accelerate net revenue and Adjusted EBITDA growth in 2026.
