CrossAmerica Partners amended its credit agreement with Citizens Bank as administrative agent, extending maturity to July 15, 2031 from March 31, 2028.
The amendment removed the SOFR credit spread adjustment.
The consolidated leverage covenant is set at no more than 5.00x through the quarter ending Sept. 30, 2027.
The leverage limit tightens to no more than 4.75x from the quarter ending Dec. 31, 2027 onward.
