Crosspoint Associates acquired Newton Corner, a 19,223-square-foot retail and restaurant property in Newton, Massachusetts.
The deal closed Aug. 20, 2026. The asset spans 259 and 261-275 Centre Street, about 300 yards from the I-90 interchange.
The property includes about 88 on-site parking spaces, and the tenant mix includes Bertucci’s, Starbucks and Popeyes.
The transaction expands Crosspoint’s Greater Boston retail footprint in a supply-constrained market.
