2. Insurance Proceeds and Expense Drivers
Other income included $2.5 million of insurance proceeds related to a representation and warranties policy, contributing a net $2.1 million before taxes. Marketing and administrative expenses rose by $0.6 million, driven by severance costs from ongoing operational consolidation efforts.

The board declared a quarterly dividend of $0.08 per Series A share, payable April 3 to shareholders of record on March 13. The company also announced the relaunch of the Groovy Girls doll line under Manhattan Toy, slated to hit the market in May 2026.
