Crown net sales rise 16.48% to $3.67 billion in Q2 FY26; income before taxes climbs 24.57% to $365 million

Crown Holdings posted income before taxes and equity in net earnings of affiliates of $365 million, up 24.57% from a year earlier.
Net sales climbed 16.48% to $3.67 billion, driven by $395 million of material-cost pass-through and 5% higher beverage can volumes.
Segment performance and cash flow
- Americas Beverage segment income slipped 1.12% to $265 million as Brazil beverage can volumes fell 14% despite higher North America volumes.
- European Beverage segment income rose 10.31% to $107 million on 6% higher volumes.
- Asia Pacific segment income increased 6% to $53 million.
Cash from operating activities increased to for the first half, while the company repurchased of common stock.
