CRAC•Crown Reserve Acquisition Corp. I amended its merger agreement with Carvix, moving the termination deadline from Sept. 30, 2026, to the later of Feb. 10, 2027, or the SPAC’s outside business-combination deadline.

Crown Reserve Acquisition Corp. I amended its merger agreement with Carvix, extending the deadline to complete the transaction. Either party can terminate if the deal has not closed by the later of Feb. 10, 2027, or the SPAC’s outside business-combination deadline; the prior termination date was Sept. 30, 2026.
