CSL appointed Deborah Waterhouse CEO and managing director, effective February 1, 2027. Interim CEO Gordon Naylor will return to his non-executive director role after the transition.

1. Leadership appointment

Waterhouse has led ViiV Healthcare since 2017 and previously led GSK’s U.S. vaccines and primary care businesses.
