CSN will release its 2025 full-year results on March 11, 2026, and its third-quarter results on Nov. 12, 2026, rescheduled from Nov. 10.

1. Financial calendar

CSN scheduled its first-quarter results for May 13, 2026, and its second-quarter results for Aug. 12. Its annual shareholders meeting is scheduled for April 24, with management proposals and the meeting notice due March 24. The reference form is due May 28, and the Brazilian Corporate Governance Code report is scheduled for July 30.
