CRBP• FDA clears Corbus trial in second-line oropharyngeal cancer
- CSPC said the FDA cleared Corbus’s CRB-701 (SYS 6002) to start TEMPO-1, a registrational trial in second-line oropharyngeal cancer.
- The randomized study will compare CRB-701 with investigator’s-choice monotherapy; primary endpoints are objective response rate and overall survival.
- Corbus expects to begin patient enrollment in Q3 2026.
