Proceeds and planned use

Gross proceeds totaled about USD 4.97 million, before underwriting discounts and offering expenses.

The underwriter option covers up to 648,373 additional Class A shares at USD 1.15, potentially lifting gross proceeds to about USD 5.72 million.

Net proceeds are earmarked for business expansion, R&D, market growth, equipment and infrastructure, brand building, and working capital.
