Aug. 18 (Reuters) - Curaleaf Holdings, Inc.:
- Curaleaf launches a take-over bid to acquire Aurora Cannabis and invites Aurora shareholders to tender to the bid.
- The offer provides total implied consideration of $4 per share, a 45% premium to the unaffected price.
- Aurora shareholders would receive 0.3463 Curaleaf shares plus $0.75 cash per share.
- Curaleaf said it has identified a path to at least US$40 million of annual cost synergies.
