Curanex net loss widens to $3.29 million in Q2 FY26; no revenue

Curanex posted a net loss of $3.29 million for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, versus a $60,346 loss a year earlier.

No revenue was reported. Research and development expense climbed to $2.59 million from $57,658, driven by IND-related study spending.

General and administrative costs rose to $731,843 from $57,658, reflecting higher payroll and public-company professional fees.

Cash and cash equivalents fell to $2.94 million at June 30 from $4.97 million at Dec. 31; operating cash outflow was $2.03 million.

Program updates included a February GMP pilot-scale Phyto-N batch, March dose-range toxicology completion, and an ulcerative colitis IND targeted for Q4 2026.
