Curanex Pharmaceuticals faces securities class actions over alleged IPO disclosure failures
CURX•Curanex Pharmaceuticals faces two proposed securities class actions over disclosures tied to its August 2025 IPO. The complaints seek unspecified damages, rescission and other relief, and the company says it intends to defend the preliminary-stage cases.
1. Lawsuits target IPO disclosures
Daymond Morales filed the first lawsuit on July 23, 2026, and Robert Lovett filed the second on September 14, 2026, in New York state court. Both complaints allege misleading disclosures about stock-price manipulation risks and deficiencies in underwriter due diligence and compliance controls; the second also names former management and directors. Neither complaint alleges fraud against the company.
