- Curtiss-Wright named Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer Kevin M. Rayment to succeed Lynn M. Bamford as CEO effective Jan. 1, 2027.
- Rayment will also become president and join the board on Jan. 1, 2027.
- Bamford will shift to executive chair on the same date.
- Rayment joined Curtiss-Wright in 2004, became COO in 2021, and previously led the former Commercial/Industrial Segment as president.
