Operating income climbed 12% to $179 million; operating margin widened 1.1 percentage points to 19.4%.
Free cash flow increased 37% to $160 million; new orders rose 8% to $1.1 billion, for a 1.16x book-to-bill.
Updated 2026 outlook
The updated 2026 outlook lifts total sales to $3.77 billion-$3.81 billion; operating income to $720 million-$736 million.
Forecast diluted EPS was raised to $15.10-$15.40; free cash flow is seen at $585 million-$605 million on about 105% conversion.
