Osprey Property Holdings bought an industrial facility at 7/57 Heinemann Road, Wellcamp for $8 million.
The transaction was negotiated by Cushman & Wakefield’s Daniel Cullinane via a competitive off-market process with multiple offers.
The asset was sold by United Petroleum on a cash, unconditional basis with a 30-day settlement.
