1. Sale details

A local private developer bought the 37,104-square-metre site at 29-47 Memorial Drive from a private family after a competitive expressions-of-interest campaign. The process drew multiple offers and ended with two unconditional bids; the buyer secured the site on a 120-day settlement. The property has 167.6 metres of frontage and is zoned Neighbourhood Residential Zone Schedule 1.
