Cushman & Wakefield delivers 1,800-sqm district.space coworking site in Lisbon Design & Build project

Architecture studio Getin served as interior design lead, with Cushman & Wakefield handling design, engineering, and construction delivery.
District.space plans to open one additional Portugal location by end-2026.
Lisbon coworking project completed
Cushman & Wakefield completed a design-and-build project for district.space’s new coworking site at Largo Jean Monnet in Lisbon.
The venue covers 1,800 sq m across 10 floors near Avenida da Liberdade, positioning the operator for a more corporate tenant base.
