Cushman & Wakefield hires Steve Klein to lead loan restructuring practice

Klein previously founded Klein Real Estate Strategies, advising on loan restructuring, asset management, equity recapitalizations, valuations and transaction execution.
Earlier roles include partner, founder and chief investment officer at Broadway Partners, JOSS Realty Partners and Brickman.
He also helped drive SL Green Realty Corp.'s transition to a public real estate investment trust.
Appointment to loan restructuring role
Cushman & Wakefield appointed Steve Klein as managing director and loan restructuring practice lead within its Equity, Debt & Structured Finance team.
He will oversee loan restructuring, targeting solutions for distressed or transitional loan situations.
