Cushman & Wakefield flagged resilient institutional investment in India real estate in Q2 2026 at USD 1.9 billion, up 16% quarter over quarter and down 7% year over year.
H1 2026 investment totaled USD 3.5 billion, up 6% from H1 2025, despite global macro uncertainty.
