Cushman & Wakefield has appointed Joey Verrant as Chief Operating Officer of Asset Services Multifamily, effective immediately. Verrant joins from Rockwell Property Co., where he led asset management for a portfolio exceeding 15,000 residential units and oversaw relationships with more than 50 institutional investors and lenders. At CWK, Verrant will partner with the Asset Services Multifamily leadership team to refine operational controls, standardize performance metrics across nearly 200 managed multifamily properties and cultivate a high-performance culture. His appointment follows the firm’s January move to centralize regional operations, and is expected to contribute to the division’s goal of increasing same-store net operating income by 6% in 2026.
