Cushman & Wakefield appointed Mark Bauer executive vice chairman in Phoenix. Bauer launched the firm’s original Southwest data center platform, later built CBRE’s platform and worked at JLL; his career spans more than 28 years. Clark Bauer joins as managing director, bringing experience in data center site selection, land development and tenant representation.
