Cushman & Wakefield appointed Peter Adamo and Adam Lawler as executive managing directors for its Chicago office leasing and capital markets teams, and hired Madeline Leland as transaction manager. All three came from CBRE.
2. New hires’ experience
Adamo spent 33 years at CBRE, specializing in corporate real estate leasing and sales. Lawler previously held positions at Crestlight Capital and Sterling Bay, with experience in leasing, investment sales and portfolio management. Leland has experience overseeing deals from proposal through execution.
