The report saw limited oversupply risk, with vacancy below 10% in most markets, supported by pre-leasing of new capacity. London remained EMEA’s largest market at 1.38 GW of operational capacity. Amsterdam had 927 MW operational in Q2 2026, plus 102 MW under construction and 251 MW planned, for about 1.28 GW in total; Paris moved ahead of Dublin to rank third by total capacity.
