Aurora Towers to acquire Canadian tower business
CVC DIF’s Aurora Towers, backed by DIF Management BV, agreed to buy American Tower’s Canadian tower business covering 255 wireless communication sites.
The deal would lift Aurora’s footprint to more than 650 sites across Canada from over 400.
