CVR Energy Q2 FY26 net loss narrows to $3 million; net sales rise 55.48% to $2.74 billion

- GAAP net income swung to $46 million from a $90 million loss; net sales rose to $2.74 billion from $1.76 billion.
- Adjusted EBITDA increased to $209 million from $99 million; adjusted earnings were $0.34 per share versus an adjusted loss of $0.23.
- Petroleum segment net income turned to $12 million from a $137 million loss; total throughput averaged 212,965 bpd from 172,149 bpd.
- The company declared a $0.10 per share dividend payable Aug. 17. CEO Dane Neumann cited 98% crude utilization, 99% ammonia utilization, and tight energy and fertilizer markets.
