CVR Energy subsidiary CVR Partners posted Q2 2026 net income of $78 million, EBITDA of $107 million, and net sales of $202 million.
Cash distribution was set at $6.08 per common unit, payable Aug. 17 to unitholders of record Aug. 10.
Plant turnaround and expansion plans
The East Dubuque plant is scheduled for a six-week turnaround starting in August; a brownfield ammonia expansion targets roughly a 5% capacity increase.
