The company also issued 4,616,481 shares at $0.24024 each in a private placement, raising roughly $1.1 million.

CXApp announced a strategic partnership with TouchSource on February 5 to integrate its agentic artificial intelligence and workplace intelligence platform with TouchSource’s digital directory network, which spans over 11,000 deployments across US commercial properties.
2. Integrated AI Workplace Solution
The collaboration will combine CXApp’s AI capabilities to proactively guide employees and visitors, surface relevant information, and streamline daily workflows with TouchSource’s in-venue digital directory and wayfinding infrastructure, supported by joint marketing, sales, and product strategy initiatives.
3. Private Placement Raises $1.1 Million
Between January 26 and 28, CXApp issued 4,616,481 shares at $0.24024 per share in an unregistered private placement to Avondale Capital, raising approximately $1.1 million under Securities Act Section 4(a)(2).
