CyberloQ forms 50-50 joint venture with Michigan Secure Capital Group for cybersecurity products
CLOQ•Cyberloq Technologies entered a 50-50 joint venture with Michigan Secure Capital Group on September 29, 2026, to develop cybersecurity, authentication, compliance and wallet products and related services.
1. Joint venture terms
The companies entered the venture under an operating agreement. Michigan Secure Capital Group will run operations, while certain actions will require Cyberloq’s approval. Distributable cash will be shared equally after costs, obligations and reserves are covered.
2. Share contribution
Cyberloq will contribute 200 million Class B non-voting shares, which cannot be transferred without its consent.
