• Cymat executes commercial agreement with Rio Tinto Alcan to assume customers of their proprietary aluminum metal matrix composites business
• Cymat Technologies - Rio Tinto to exit aluminum metal matrix composites business
• Cymat Technologies - to establish MMC production at Mississauga plant
• Cymat Technologies - to pay Rio Tinto USD 750/ton MMC sold or used, max USD 500,000 over 5 years
• Cymat Technologies - expects MMC product line fully operational by early Q2 2027
