Biomarker-selected patients showed stronger benefit
In DKK1-high patients above the median, response rate rose to 38% from 23.7%; median PFS improved to 9 months from 7.1 months.
Upper-quartile DKK1 patients showed the largest effect, with median OS not reached vs 9.5 months; hazard ratio 0.17.
The primary PFS endpoint in the overall intent-to-treat group was not met; median PFS was 9.2 months vs 8.3 months.
