Cytokinetics filed a complaint on Aug. 13, 2026 in U.S. District Court in Delaware against Bristol-Myers Squibb and MyoKardia.
The suit seeks a declaratory judgment of non-infringement of U.S. Patent No. 12,616,697, which covers MYQORZO (aficamten).
