D. Boral Arc Acquisition I Corp. held an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders on Wednesday.
Shareholders backed the proposed business combination with Exascale Labs, along with the related proposals presented at the meeting.
The approvals authorize the transaction but do not complete it; closing is still expected shortly, subject to remaining conditions.
Redemptions left about $12 million in the trust account, expected to be available at closing net of transaction expenses.
