He is eligible for a one-time USD 67,000 bonus payable after the new CFO starts, with no other compensation or benefits changes.

D-Wave Quantum issued an amended 8-K to update compensation terms for Greg Golkov’s acting CFO role.
The board formally appointed Golkov acting CFO effective Sept. 2, 2026, serving through the hiring and start of a new CFO.
Responsibility allowance set at USD 5,500 per month for the interim period.
