Daktronics announces annual shareholder meeting

Daktronics will hold its annual stockholder meeting in Brookings, South Dakota on Sept. 16, 2026.

Shareholders will vote to elect two directors to three-year terms expiring at the 2029 annual meeting.

The meeting will also include an advisory vote on executive compensation.

Shareholders will vote on ratifying Deloitte & Touche as independent auditor for fiscal 2027.
