Daktronics raises acting CFO Howard Atkins base salary to $1.2 million

Daktronics raised Acting CFO Howard Atkins’ base salary to $1.2 million a year, effective Sept. 27, 2026.
The board also granted Atkins a one-time RSU award with a grant-date fair value of $170,000.
The RSUs vest pro-rata over three years, with full acceleration when a permanent CFO is appointed.
